My name is Tamara, and I am a proud Queer Latina who is happily married to the love of my life. Being a late 90s baby, I am the in-between of being a millennial and Gen-Z, which gives me a unique perspective on technology and social media trends.

Before founding Semillas Creative, I started a translation-based business in response to the gap in Spanish legal support in my community. I provided Spanish translation, assisted Spanish-speaking individuals with their paperwork navigation, and connected them with the right resources. I soon realized that there was a greater need for in-depth administrative support services for small-business owners and attorneys. So, I pivoted my business and turned it into a virtual service-based business primarily offering administrative, translation, and project management services.

However, the universe had other plans for me. I stumbled upon the world of Social Media Marketing, and it was love at first sight. I knew that this was something I was meant to pursue. So, I pivoted my business once again and started Semillas Creative.

Semillas Creative is not just another cookie-cutter agency. We provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring space that empowers WOC-owned brands, businesses, and creatives to showcase and celebrate all aspects of their identities on social media. At Semillas Creative, we believe in creating a lasting impact. We work diligently to provide exceptional services that drive tangible results for our clients.
